Maria Sahetapy-Hendro

Maria Sahetapy-Hendro has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Maria'smost recent position was as the CHRO at CIZ, Centrum indicatiestelling zorg, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Kwartiermaker-veranderopgave organisatie, HR & arbeidsmarkt in openbaar bestuur, zorg en onderwijs. Maria also served as the Directeur at Maandag® from May 2019 to September 2022. Earlier in their career, Maria held roles such as Regional Head at Adecco Group, Programmadirecteur at Jeugdzorg, and Manager organisatieontwikkeling | Transitiemanager (a.i) at Provincie Zuid-Holland. Maria also worked at the Ministerie van Volksgezondheid, Welzijn en Sport, Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, and Japan Airlines (Jalpak international) in various management and coordination positions.

Maria Sahetapy-Hendro completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in bestuurskunde en overheidsmanagement from Haagse Hogeschool in 2008. Maria later pursued a master's degree in bestuurskunde from Leiden University, which they completed in 2010. In 2013, Maria enrolled in a master's program in management vd publieke sector (Msc) at Universiteit Leiden, which they completed in 2014.
