Jennifer Nix

SVP, Human Resources & Communications at CJ America

Jennifer Nix is Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications. Jen is responsible for the development and execution of human capital and corporate communications strategies supporting the company’s mission, vision and core values. She leads organizational and cultural development and directs the human resources functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards and communications. In close collaboration with the CEO and Executive Team, Jen is focused on cultivating leadership and building a high-performing culture of integrity, passion, creativity and respect.

Jen served as Vice President of Marketing Communications from 2018 to 2022, responsible for articulating and demonstrating the company’s thought leadership and points of competitive advantage to drive customer and employee engagement. She joined the company in 2013 as Director, Strategic Partnerships. She was named Senior Director, Marketing Communications in 2014 and Vice President, Marketing Communications in 2018. Prior to CJ Logistics, Jen was at Nexus Distribution Corporation in roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as Director of Marketing and Sales and prior to that as Director of Communications.

Jen has a BS from the University of California, Los Angeles. She completed the Logistics Management Executive Series at Northwestern University Transportation Center. She is past President of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Chicago Roundtable.
