Jordan Lacoste

Jordan LaCoste is currently the Plant Manager at CJB Industries, Inc. Previously, Jordan held roles as Nylon Pilot Plant Manager and Manufacturing Engineer at Ascend Performance Materials. With a Bachelor's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, Jordan has experience as a Mechanical Reliability and Manufacturing Intern at Ascend and as a Stormwater Intern at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection. Additionally, Jordan served as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Throughout these roles, Jordan has demonstrated expertise in implementing Lean and Six Sigma concepts, managing mechanical design and construction projects, and optimizing machine performance.
