Augustine Tse

Augustine Tse has a diverse work experience in various companies. Augustine started their career in 1999 as a Company Secretary at Novel Enterprises Limited and worked there until 2006. From 2006 to 2010, they served as a Legal Counsel at Chevron. Following that, Augustine joined Cheung Kong (Holdings) Limited as a Senior Manager in the Company Secretarial Department from 2010 to 2013. Augustine then moved on to CK Asset Holdings Limited, where they held the position of Assistant Chief Manager in the Company Secretarial Department from 2014 to 2016. Augustine's final role at CK Asset Holdings was Deputy Chief Group General Counsel in the Company Secretarial Department, which they held from July 2016 onwards.

Augustine Tse completed their secondary education at St. Louis School from 1981 to 1988. Augustine then pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Hong Kong from 1988 to 1991. Following this, Augustine studied at the China University of Political Science and Law from 1995 to 1998, where they obtained an LLB in Chinese Laws. Lastly, they attended The Chinese University of Hong Kong from 1996 to 1999, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business.
