Shane Perret

Shane Perret has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Shane began their career in 1991 as an Armor crewman in the Kansas Army National Guard, where they served for four years and gained experience in tank operations and supply management. In 1995, they transitioned to the US Army, serving in various positions such as Tank Commander, Master Gunner Instructor, and Armored Officer Basic Instructor. During this time, they were responsible for the training, maintenance, and operation of military vehicles and equipment.

After leaving the military in 2007, Perret joined UPS as a Fellow with the US Chamber of Commerce's Hiring Our Heroes program, where they facilitated hiring summits and worked to improve the transition process for service members and their families.
