Tim Witcher

Tim Witcher is an experienced professional with a background in financial and operational leadership. Tim began their career at Snowline Joint Unified School District in 1991 as a Purchasing Manager. After that, they joined North Clackamas School District in 1994 and served in various roles, including Purchasing Agent, Business Operations Supervisor, and Director of Business Operations, where they supervised staff and managed various operational functions. Since 2012, Tim has been the Chief Financial Officer at Clackamas Education Service District, where they are responsible for the fiscal and operational aspects of the organization, providing support to school districts and entities in Clackamas County.

Tim Witcher completed their education from 1982 to 1987 at Azusa Pacific University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
