Brian Comeaux

Brian Comeaux has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles.

Brian currently holds the position of VP of Sales at Claim Genius, starting in February 2023.

Before that, Brian worked at Audatex, a Solera company, for 7 years as the Director of Client Services Strategic Accounts. In this role, they led a team of 6 remote field employees who were responsible for managing accounts at the corporate level, both in terms of sales and service. The product line they oversaw included Auto Estimating, Total Loss, FNOL, Glass, and Subrogation.

Prior to Audatex, Brian worked at Mitchell International for a total of 18 years. Brian held various roles during their tenure, including Director of Strategic Account Operations, Director of Field Services, and Account Service Manager. In these positions, they managed remote field employees, provided strategic direction to insurance carriers, introduced new software solutions to clients, resolved technical issues, managed a team of Field Service Engineers, designed remote training tools, and planned for resource needs at a national level. Throughout their role as Account Service Manager, Brian managed a customer base of over 450 users and coordinated regional rollout plans for software and hardware implementations.

Brian Comeaux attended Louisiana Tech University from 1986 to 1987, although it is unclear what degree or field of study they pursued during this time. Brian then went on to the University of New Orleans from 1987 to 1991, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
