Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Claim Recovery Services, L.L.C. from March 1993 to May 2010. Before that, they were a Senior Claim Analyst/System and Key Account Training at Provident Life and Accident from January 1986 to April 1990.
