Shawn Jeffries

Shawn Jeffries is an experienced professional in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as the Director of the PMO at ClaimsPro since September 2012, where leadership of multiple teams facilitates the advancement of corporate objectives in a dynamic environment. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Director of Quality Assurance & National Project Management at SCM Insurance Services from July 2007 to September 2012 and also served as Manager of Quality Assurance. Earlier experience includes a role as Manager for Vendor/Contractor Audits at Performance Imperative from February 2005 to July 2007. Shawn's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from Queen's University and further studies at Carleton University and the Pyzdek Institute.
