The current executive team at Claire's has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team is led by CEO Ron Marshall, who has experience as an EVP, CFO, and Chief Financial Officer at Payless ShoeSource, Harry & David, and Party City Retail Group. Other members of the team include Chief Human Resources Officer Dina Howell, who has experience at Core-Mark International and SC Johnson, and HR Director Lisa Harper, who has experience at American Express and The Pepsi Bottling Group. The team also has a Board Member, Kevin Johnson, who has experience in finance and accounting from his education at St. Bonaventure University and Wright State University.
