The leadership team at Claire's has a history of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Marketing. They have experience working in large companies such as American Express, SC Johnson, and OfficeMax. They have also been board members for companies such as Unbound and Payless ShoeSource. Most of the team has received their education from universities such as Wright State University, Case Western Reserve University, and St. Bonaventure University.
