Rebecca Leeman has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Rebecca started their career as a User Experience Consultant at Explore Sideways in 2015. Rebecca then worked as a Media Strategist at Adobe, where they created client-specific proposals and maintained relationships with advertising agencies. Rebecca also gained experience as an Account Executive Intern at Thunder11, where they developed marketing campaigns and formed partnerships. Rebecca then transitioned to research analysis as a Research Analyst Intern at Signals Analytics, advising Fortune 500 clients on innovation projects. In 2016, Rebecca joined TAMID Group, where they held multiple roles including Project Manager and Alumni Relations Coordinator, overseeing events and creating alumni-student mentorship programs. Rebecca later worked at IBM as a Digital Sales Specialist and Data Science & AI Specialist. Rebecca also has consulting experience at PwC, where they worked as a Senior Associate in Organizations and Workforce Transformation. Most recently, they were a Clal Associate at Clal - The National Jewish Center for Learning and Leadership, Inc. and is currently the Assistant Director of Engagement at the Pardes Institute of Jewish Studies.

Rebecca Leeman obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Studies and Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan College of Literature, Science, and the Arts from 2014 to 2018. Rebecca also attended the iXperience Summer Tech Academy in 2015, focusing on Ruby on Rails Web Development. Prior to that, Rebecca attended the Heschel School from 2009 to 2013, completing their High School education. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the IBM Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner certification in 2018 and the IBM Blockchain Essentials certification in the same year. Rebecca also obtained various certifications from IBM and other institutions in 2019 and 2020, including Human-Centered Design from PwC. Rebecca briefly studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2013 and participated in the Nativ College Leadership Program during the same year.
