Amir Sender

Amir Sender has extensive work experience in various roles related to recruitment, selection, talent management, and organizational development. Amir served as the Head of Recruitment, Selection and Talent Management at Clalit Health Services starting in August 2017. Prior to that, they worked as an OD Manager at Bank Hapoalim from June 2015 to May 2017. Before entering the private sector, Amir worked as an OD Consultant and HR Specialist for the Israel Defense Forces from 1999 to 2014.

Amir Sender obtained a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Haifa University. Amir pursued this degree from 1997 to 1999.
