Previously held the position of COO at the Economic Development of Kfar Saba, focusing on business collaborations and innovations in the circular economy. Aya’s background includes a significant tenure at Appleseeds Academy, where roles ranged from VP to Director of Business Development, driving a notable increase in organizational turnover and managing comprehensive projects across Israel. Aya's academic credentials include an Executive Plan from Harvard Business School, an MBA from Reichman University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from Tel Aviv University.
