Ryan Semien, MBA, ChFC, CPCU has over 10 years of professional experience in the field of customer success and claims management. Ryan began their career in 2012 as a Claims Representative at State Farm, where they were promoted to Claims Team Lead, Finance Supervisor, and Claims Team Manager. In 2018, they joined Kemper as a Senior Claims Manager - Express and was promoted to Claims Product Manager and Casualty Claims Team Manager II. In 2021, they moved to CCC Intelligent Solutions as a Customer Success Manager and is currently employed at CLARA Analytics in the same role.

Ryan Semien obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from Huston-Tillotson University between 2008 and 2012. Ryan then went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Insurance from Olivet College between 2017 and 2019.
