Parthasarathy Anandaraj

Parthasarathy Anandaraj has over 25 years of work experience. Parthasarathy began their career in 1995 as an Underwriter/Claims Adjuster for The New India Assurance Company Limited. In 2000, they joined Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Consultant. In 2007, they joined Mindtree and held various roles including General Manager, Sr. Director, Program Director, Principal Consultant, and Associate Director. In 2019, they became an Advisory & Growth Leader - Insurance for Lore IO. In 2020, they were appointed as Head Insurance Sales & Customer Success - North America and Guidewire Partner Manager for Aspire Systems. Currently, they are the Director of Customer Success for CLARA Analytics.

Parthasarathy Anandaraj completed their Masters in Commerce in Financial Management & Cost Accounting from Annamalai University in 1997. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelors in Commerce in Insurance from the same university in 1995. Before that, they completed their AISSCE in Insurance & Finance from SBOA School and Junior College in 1992. In addition, Parthasarathy has obtained various certifications, including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA-C02): 1 Cloud Services Overview from LinkedIn in 2020, Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself from LinkedIn in 2020, Salesforce for Sales Managers from LinkedIn in 2020, Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in 2015, Bullet Proof Manager from Crestcom International, LLC in 2013, and Fellow Life Member (FII) from Insurance Institute of India in 1996.
