Jayendra Shinde

Jayendra Shinde, PhD has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Jayendra is currently serving as the Vice President of Laboratory Platforms at Clarapath since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director International and Co-Founder & CEO at Crosscope from 2019 onwards, where they focused on AI-driven cancer diagnostics and transforming the diagnosis and treatment of cancer.

Before their role at Crosscope, Jayendra was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University from 2018 to 2019, where they furthered their research. Jayendra also worked as a PhD Student at Inserm from 2014 to 2017, where they gained valuable expertise in their field. Additionally, they have worked as a Master Thesis Student at the National Institute of Biomedical Genomics in 2013, and as a Summer Intern at the National Chemical Laboratory in the same year. Jayendra Shinde, PhD has a diverse educational background. In 2009-2014, they obtained a Master's Degree in Biotechnology from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Following this, from 2014 to 2017, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computational Biology at Université Paris Cité. In 2019, they completed the Stanford Ignite: Certificate Program on Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Additionally, Jayendra Shinde has obtained various certifications, including "Machine Learning" and "Statistical Learning" from Stanford University, and "Practical Machine Learning" and "Statistical Inference" from Johns Hopkins Medicine, all obtained in 2016. In 2023, they also successfully completed the "Successful Negotiation: Essential Strategies and Skills" certification from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
