Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing at a glance

The Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing is responsible for orchestrating integrated marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth and pipeline. This role includes managing ABM programs, paid media investments, and optimizing channel performance for the highest return on investment. 

What You’ll Do

  • Launch, scale, and optimize multi-channel integrated marketing strategies that are aligned to company objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.

  • Work cross-functionally to implement a multi-channel ABM strategy to engage and nurture target accounts.

  • Collaborate with the BDR team to drive outbound tactics that align with ABM and MQL targets.

  • Generate ROI positive demand through both offline (events, field) and digital channels (paid, owned, and earned).

  • Drive reporting and analysis on campaign effectiveness from paid ads, to the website, to lead capture, to provide actionable insights and make informed decisions for continuous optimizations across operations, targeting, creative, and landing pages.

  • Manage paid media spend across channels, including sem, display and social.

  • Work closely with the Director of Data Operations to monitor detailed campaign data against KPIs.

  • Partner with product, business development, and customer support teams to dive deep into customer insights to improve conversions across the funnel.

  • Work in marketing automation tool (Pardot / Hubspot) to create nurture programs, segmented lists and campaign assets.

Experience

  • 5-7 years working in a digital marketing capacity, 3-4 years in integrated campaigns and media spend.

  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing 1:1 and 1:few ABM marketing strategies for targeting large enterprise customers.

  • Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of extracting actionable insights from complex datasets.

  • Proficiency with CRM systems ( e.g. Salesforce), marketing automation and ABM tools.

  • Proven ability to work alongside sales teams and build successful cross-functional relationships .

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive results.

  • Thorough understanding of the advertising and marketing technology landscape.

The starting base salary for this role is between $115,000.00 and $130,000.00 per year and is commensurate upon experience.
