Phyllis Sarkaria

Phyllis Sarkaria, MCEC, is the CEO, coach, speaker, and facilitator at The Sarkaria Group. Phyllis also serves as an Executive Coach in the Milestone Makers Program at Nasdaq Entrepreneurial Center and as a Certified Coach at Stakeholder Centered Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith. With a background in HR and teaching, Phyllis is a consultant and faculty member at Workplace Equity & Equality, a teaching faculty at Claremont Lincoln University, and has held HR leadership roles at companies like Quidel and Sempra Energy. Phyllis has a Master's degree in Ethical Leadership and a BBA/MBA in Finance.
