Emily Power, CCP, is a seasoned professional in compensation and total rewards, currently serving as Senior Director of Total Rewards at Clarest Health since November 2023. Prior to this role, Emily held various positions at Custom Ink from March 2015 to November 2023, including Director of Compensation and Compensation & Talent Analytics Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing compensation plan restructures, developing pay-for-performance strategies, and overseeing equity programs.
