About the Team A world-class product is key to Clari's success, and Product Management is at the center of defining and delivering the market's leading Revenue Platform. This involves working with customers and our Design/Engineering teams to solve some of the most important and challenging problems in business and enterprise software. About the Role We seek an experienced and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead our efforts in evolving the Clari Platform, focusing on Identity, Orchestration, and Mobile capabilities. This strategic role requires a blend of leadership, innovation, and deep technical expertise to drive the development and execution of our product vision and roadmap.

This is a hybrid opportunity based in Kraków, Poland. Candidates must be based in Poland.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and champion the product vision and strategy for the Clari Platform, particularly focusing on Identity, Orchestration, and Mobile components. Lead the planning and execution of initiatives that drive growth, scalability, and user satisfaction
  • Customer and Market Insights: Actively engage with customers, partners, and market influencers to gather insights, validate concepts, and understand emerging needs. Translate these insights into actionable product strategies and features
  • Roadmap Development: Craft and maintain a comprehensive product platform roadmap that aligns with the company’s strategic goals and market demands. Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and customer value
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as a linchpin in coordinating efforts between engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes
  • Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as a thought leader in the RevOps space, particularly around Identity, Orchestration, and Mobile innovations. Influence internal stakeholders and the broader industry through insights, presentations, and published content
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (GMTs) to assess the success of the product. Leverage data to make informed decisions and iterate on product features and strategy
  • Mentorship and Team Building: Mentor other product managers and contribute to building a high-performing product management team. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience in a relevant enterprise SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated expertise in platform development, with a portfolio of successful products
  • Experience working with enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders and complex requirements
  • History of bringing new products and features to market from end to end
  • Familiarity with agile development practices such as Scrum, SAFe, or similar
  • Experience with enterprise data management systems such as relational databases, time series data, SQL, canonical data models, etc.
  • Familiarity with data ingestion and pipelines (ie. connectors, adapters, APIs, data mapping, data transformation and enrichment, etc.)
  • Strong technical acumen, with the ability to lead and communicate effectively with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
  • Proven ability to synthesize customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities into a compelling product vision and strategy
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and influencing at all levels within an organization
