Elizabeth Halden

Elizabeth Halden has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. In their most recent role as a Workplace Experience Manager at Clari, they are responsible for improving efficiency, predictability, and growth across the entire revenue process. Elizabeth works with sales, marketing, and customer success teams at leading companies to make their revenue process more connected, efficient, and predictable.

Prior to their role at Clari, Elizabeth worked as a People Operations Manager at Aperia Technologies from June 2019 to July 2021. Elizabeth also served as a Founding Board Member at the Young Men's Service League - Rancho Chapter from November 2014 to June 2019. Additionally, they worked as a Teaching Assistant at the Children's Center at the Los Altos United Methodist Church from September 2005 to June 2019.

Elizabeth's earlier experiences include working as a Director of Annual Giving at the YMCA of the Mid-Peninsula from September 1999 to April 2001, a Senior Director Membership Services at the YMCA of the Mid Peninsula, Palo Alto Family Branch from June 1997 to August 1999, a Membership Director & Office Manager at the YMCA of Metropolitan Tucson Arizona from September 1994 to May 1997, and an Associate Membership Director at the YMCA of the Mid-Peninsula, El Camino Branch from December 1991 to June 1994.

Elizabeth Halden earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business and Public Administration from the University of the Pacific, where they studied from 1986 to 1990.
