Ana Carolina Roman Yurrita

Ana Carolina Roman Yurrita currently serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance at Clariant since November 2023. Previously, Ana held the position of Legal Counsel at BMW from October 2018 to March 2024 and served as Gerente Legal at Schenker International, S.A. de C.V. from March 2015 to October 2018. Earlier in Ana's career, a role as a corporate lawyer at Henkel involved drafting contracts for the purchasing department in both English and Spanish. Ana also worked at McCann Erickson from January 2006 to January 2012, managing the legal department and focusing on contract development and copyright analysis. Ana's educational background includes a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law from Queensland University of Technology in 2012, a Master's in Corporate Law from the Cámara de Comercio in 2010, and a Bachelor's in Law from Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, completed in 2002.
