Kelvin Ham

Kelvin Ham has extensive experience in human resources and environmental, health, and safety management. Kelvin currently holds the position of Head of Human Resources, US and Canada at Clariant, a specialty chemicals manufacturer. In this role, they oversee HR functions across multiple locations, including employee relations, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and talent acquisition.

Prior to Clariant, Kelvin served as the Director of HR/EHS at Techtronic Industries - TTI, where they managed HR and EHS responsibilities for manufacturing sites and product distribution centers.

Kelvin also held the position of Head of Human Resources/EHS at KSM Castings Group, where they focused on workforce improvement, organizational development, recruiting, and training and development within the automotive industry.

Before that, they were the Human Resources Leader at Linamar Corporation, overseeing HR, safety, and environmental objectives for multiple manufacturing locations.

Kelvin has also worked as the Director of Human Resources at Centene Corporation, managing HR functions for two managed care organizations.

Earlier in their career, Kelvin served as the Division Human Resources Manager at The Flint Group and the Division Human Resources and Safety Manager at Plasti-Line Corporation, where they were responsible for HR functions and safety management.

Kelvin began their career as the Corporate-Human Resources Manager at AMBAC International Corporation, overseeing HR functions at two domestic facilities.

Kelvin's work experience spans a diverse range of industries, showcasing their expertise in various HR disciplines and their ability to drive organizational success through people management.

Kelvin Ham earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Southern Wesleyan University from 1990 to 1994. Prior to attending university, Kelvin completed their high school education at Blair Community High and received a diploma in General Studies.
