Nisha Samuel

Nisha Samuel is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, holding senior leadership roles in various organizations. At Clariant, Nisha serves as the Head of HR for India and SEAP and previously held the position of Head of Country - HR in India. Nisha's career includes significant contributions as Vice President of Human Resources at CHRYSO INDIA and various HRBP roles at Dow Performance Silicones, particularly in compensation and benefits as well as talent acquisition. Nisha also has a background in HR management at Eastman Kodak Company and began the career at Shoppers Stop. Nisha holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the Indian Institute of Advanced Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and English from St. Joseph's College for Women (Autonomous), Visakhapatnam.
