Pedro de Lima GAICD has an extensive work experience spanning several industries and roles. Pedro is currently the Head of Business - Mining Solutions APAC at Clariant since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager Sales - Pact Reuse at Pact Group Holdings Ltd from September 2020 to June 2022. Pedro also served as the Head of Sales, Marketing & Operations at Costa from March 2019 to August 2020. Pedro has a strong background in business development and commercial leadership, having worked at Sinoz Chemicals & Commodities as a Global Business Development professional in 2018, and at Dow in various roles including Commercial Director and Sales & Marketing Leader from 2000 to 2018. Pedro has also held positions at Grupo Domini - Serviços em Treinamento as a Training Consultant, at New Horizons Computer Learning Center as an Account Executive, and at City University of New York - Queens College as the Head Coach of Men's and Women's Water Polo. Pedro's diverse experience demonstrates their ability to adapt and excel in different industries and leadership positions.

Pedro de Lima GAICD pursued their education at various institutions. Pedro obtained a Graduate certificate in Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Masters in Executive MBA from BSP - Business School São Paulo between 2002 and 2004. In 1998, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The City University of New York after completing their Associate of Arts degree in Economics at Ventura College in 1995. Pedro also holds additional certifications such as Graduate, Company Directors (GAICD) from the Australian Institute of Company Directors in 2019, certification in Leading & Facilitating Change from Charles Sturt University in 2017, certification in Nonviolent Communication Foundations from the Center For Nonviolent Communication in 2016, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Project Leader certification from Dow in 2006.
