Currently serving as a Senior Adviser and Non Executive Director at Rothschild & Co, Emma also holds significant positions at St. James’s Place Wealth Management and Sdcl Energy Efficiency Income Trust PLC. With leadership roles in various committees, including chairing the Remuneration Committee at Sdcl and the Investment Committee at iA Financial Group, Emma's governance expertise is complemented by prior teaching experience in the MBA program at McGill University. Emma's academic background includes a Master of Arts in Classics from the University of Oxford.
