Richard Hau

Richard Hau has a diverse work experience in various industries. Richard started their career at OPTA SPORTS DATA LIMITED as an In Ground Analyst from August 2016 to October 2017. Richard then joined Swindon Town Football Club as a Lead Academy Performance Analyst from August 2016 to August 2018. In 2018, they transitioned to Dexcom, where they worked as a Customer Success Representative from September 2018 to May 2019. Richard then took on the role of Key Account Manager at Dexcom from May 2019 to June 2021. Their most recent position is with Clarify, where they serve as a Sales Development Manager from July 2021 to January 2023. In this role, they have achieved significant success, exceeding their new business opportunity target and generating a £3.4m pipeline across various sectors. Richard is responsible for building relationships with enterprise sales and marketing C-suite and creating effective campaigns to drive sustainable growth across EMEA and the US.

Richard Hau attended Sandhurst School from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained a GCSE degree. Following this, they enrolled at Swansea University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sports and Exercise. Finally, From 2014 to 2016, Richard pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sports and Exercise from Cardiff Metropolitan University.
