Jovana Mitic

Jovana Mitic possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Global Talent Manager and People Operations Manager at Clariness since July 2015. Responsibilities include overseeing recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, analyzing and enhancing employee motivation, and supporting the creation and compliance of team agreements. Previously, roles included HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, and Project Coordinator at various organizations, where Jovana developed skills in recruitment lifecycle management, employee performance evaluation, project planning, and marketing strategy. Jovana holds a Master's and Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Economics Subotica, University of Novi Sad.
