Anne Esling

Anne Esling is a seasoned HR executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People and Culture Officer at Clarins since March 2018, Esling is responsible for the global HR strategic roadmap and leads a team of over 150 HR professionals worldwide. Prior to this role, Esling held key positions at Carlson Wagonlit Travel, including VP Global Talent Acquisition and VP HR EMEA, where responsibilities included developing HR plans for the EMEA region and implementing core HR processes. Previous experience encompasses leadership in HR and organizational development roles at Redcats (Kering Group) and Yoplait, as well as essential contributions to SODIAAL. Esling's educational background includes an Engineer's Degree in Dairy Industry from ENSAIA and a Master's Degree in Biochemistry & Structural Chemistry from Paris-Sud University.
