Chris Silvester

Chris Silvester has extensive work experience in supply chain management and operations. Chris is currently serving as the Head of Operations at Groupe Clarins. Prior to that, they founded and directed Chiltern Supply Chain Solutions Ltd. Chris'sprevious roles include Senior Director Global Supply Chain Transformation and Senior Director Business Integration at McCormick & Company. Chris has also held various other positions such as VP Supply Chain Planning, VP Operations, Supply Chain Director, Supply Chain Planning Director, Materials Manager, and Supply Planning Manager throughout their career at McCormick & Company and PepsiCo.

Chris Silvester studied Politics & Geography at Queen Mary University of London. In 2011, they became an Associate Member Multiple Management Board at McCormick & Company, and in 2014, they became an Executive Member at the Association for Supply Chain Management.
