Pauline Poon

Pauline Poon has worked in various human resources roles throughout their career. Pauline is currently an Associate Director of Human Resources for Asia Pacific at Groupe Clarins, a position they began in 2024. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Manager for Human Resources at Groupe Clarins from 2021 to 2024.

Before joining Groupe Clarins, Pauline worked as a Regional HR Manager at BSH Home Appliances Group from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Human Resources at DFS Group Limited from 2013 to 2016.

Pauline'searlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner at Nestlé from 2010 to 2013, an Assistant HR Manager at Singapore Turf Club from 2008 to 2010, and a Senior HR Executive at Borneo Motors Singapore Pte Ltd from 2002 to 2008.

Pauline Poon obtained a Bachelor's degree in Commence (HR & IR) from Curtin University, which they attended from 1999 to 2002.
