Marek Schleiss

Marek Schleiss currently serves as the HR Director Operations for EMEA at Clarios, overseeing HR activities across 11 manufacturing plants in Germany, Spain, the Czech Republic, France, and Turkey, while managing a team of 40 HR professionals and 12 direct reports. Prior to this role, Marek held the position of Director HR at Stöbich Gruppe from November 2020 to December 2022, and from 2014 to March 2020, served as Group Director HR and Managing Director at Boryszew Automotive Plastics, among other roles within the company. Marek also founded a law firm and worked as Of Counsel at Joel Levi & Company Law Firm, alongside holding several legal positions in HR functions. Marek earned a degree from Universität Osnabrück between 2004 and 2010.
