Marta Simeonova

Marta Simeonova is the Director HR Operations, EMEA at Sitecore. Marta has over 10 years experience in Human Resources.

Marta started their career as an HR Consultant at THR Consulting in 2008. Marta then became the Regional Project Manager at Oxford Research International in 2009. In 2010, they moved to ProCredit Bank (Bulgaria) as an Expert Human Resources. The following year, they became the Head of Global HR Services EMEA at Sutherland. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and operating a HR Services center providing HR administration services to Sutherland EMEA locations.

In 2019, Marta joined PPD as the Senior Director HR Shared Services. In this role, they were responsible for growing and developing the portfolio of services of the Sofia based Global HR Services center. This included specialized support to over 40 000 employees in areas such as Global Mobility, Compensation, Talent Management.

Marta joined Sitecore in February 2022 as the Director HR Operations, EMEA.

Marta Simeonova attended the National Aprilov High School before going on to study at the Faculty of Philosophy at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski. Marta then completed a Masters in Clinical and Consultative Psychology at Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. Marta is also certified by the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in SPHRi.

Marta Simeonova reports to Nick Malone, COO. They are on a team with Amanda Garret - Team Manager, Client Services, Suzanne Ansell - Director, Human Resources UK, and Shane Hicks - Vice President, Global Talent Acquisition.
