Ainura H. has an extensive work experience in the field of advanced analytics and market research. Ainura started their career as a Graduate Assistant at Gallup Research Center in 2002. Ainura then worked as a Consultant/Research Fellow Contractor for the National Center for Health Statistics/CDC at Swan Solutions in 2004. Ainura H. joined Gongos Research in 2005 as a Statistical Analyst, where they conducted various statistical analyses and generated experimental designs for concept testing and new product development studies. In 2006, they moved to Kantar Health (formerly Ziment) as an Associate Methodologist and Manager of Methodological Development. At Nielsen, Ainura H. held multiple roles, including Senior Statistician, Segmentation and Local Market Solutions, and Manager, Bases, Market and Brand Advisor (MBA) and Diagnostic Consulting (DC). Before joining Catalina Marketing as a Director in 2015, Ainura H. worked at Nielsen till 2015. Currently, they are working at Claritas as the Director of Advanced Analytics since 2016.

Ainura started their academic journey in 1998, attending Central Michigan University, where they earned their MBA in Business Administration. Following their degree, they furthered their education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 2002 to 2004.
