Cindy Bowers

Cindy Bowers is a seasoned Learning Experience Manager with extensive experience in instructional design and development, currently serving as the Sr. Learning Experience Manager at Clariti Solutions. With a focus on analyzing learning needs and designing technology-based learning materials, Cindy has developed engaging content and assessment tools to enhance learner retention. Previously, Cindy held various leadership roles at Atos, including Director of Learning and Development, where management of a team of over 30 education professionals and innovation in learning tools were key responsibilities. Additionally, Cindy has volunteered as the Registrar for the Bedford-Euless Soccer Association and has a solid background as an independent consultant and project manager in instructional design within the healthcare and financial services industries. Cindy holds a BBA in Information Systems from Baylor University and a Master of Science in Instructional Design from the University of North Texas.
