Esmeralda Navarro

Esmeralda Navarro, M.S. is a marketing specialist and coordinator at Clariti since December 2021, with a diverse background in education and career coaching. At Santiago Canyon College, Esmeralda has served as a career education coach since September 2018. Previous experience includes a role as a financial aid advisor at UC Irvine from November 2019 to December 2021 and a bilingual youth partner at Phoenix House from August 2017 to June 2018. Esmeralda also worked as an ABA behavioral therapist at Behavioral Health Works, Inc. from October 2016 to August 2017 and as a teaching assistant at UC Irvine in early 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from California Baptist University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Education Sciences and Psychology & Social Behavior, with a minor in Chicano Studies from UC Irvine.
