Associate Vice President, National Sales at Clarity Benefit Solutions

Justine Sobczyk has a diverse work experience in the field of benefits solutions. Justine is currently serving as the Associate Vice President of National Sales at Clarity Benefit Solutions, where they focus on providing innovative solutions to brokers, clients, and their employees. Prior to this, Justine worked as a Regional Sales Manager at Benefit Resource, Inc. from 2020 to 2022. In 2020, they also held the position of Regional Sales Director at HealthEquity. Justine's career started in 2006 when they joined WageWorks, where they served as the Director of Field Sales for the West Region and later became a Key Account Executive, leading key accounts for over 12 years.

Justine Sobczyk attended Metropolitan State University of Denver from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they studied at the Community College of Aurora from 2002 to 2004. In terms of certifications, Justine obtained the Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC) certification from ECFC in January 2013. Justine also obtained the HSA Expert (HSAe) certification from the American Bankers Association in 2017, and the COBRA Administration Specialist (CAS) certification from ECFC in June 2020.
