Kevin Rosso

Kevin Rosso has over 15 years of professional experience in software engineering. Kevin began their career in 2002 as a Software Engineer at SAIC. In 2007 they moved to WTS as a Software Engineer, where they worked on requirements analysis, design and implementation of secure web services (SOAP) supporting ICE operations within DHS in relation to the Office of Investigations. Kevin also developed a thick-client application to consume these web services and integrate with biometric identification tools such as CrossMatch fingerprint scanners and web cameras, as well as with other service endpoints across DHS. In the same year, they joined Pointed Logic Solutions as Partner, COO, and software consultant. Kevin managed, designed, and developed distributed learning systems for the Defense Cyber Investigations Training Academy with a Secret Level Security Clearance and Security+ certification. In 2017, they became a Sr. Software Engineer at Clarity Business Solutions, Inc.

Kevin Rosso began their educational career at Mount St. Mary's University, where they earned a B.S. in Business Marketing between 1997 and 2001. Kevin then attended Montgomery College and obtained an A.A.S. in Computer Applications from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they earned a B.S. in Information Systems and Technology from The Johns Hopkins University between 2005 and 2008. In addition, they obtained a Security + certification from CompTIA in November 2013.
