Annum Shah

Annum is personally rewarded by supporting people through every step of their career journeys. She currently leads Clarity’s internal Search and Project and Interim recruitment teams where she provides her team with leadership and development training. When Annum first joined Clarity, she played a key role in building its people and talent strategy, and still plays a large role defining and executing it as a member of its leadership team.

Annum has over 10 years of progressive accounting and finance recruitment experience. In her previous role at a global recruitment firm, she successfully acted in a sales and recruitment role where she worked with a wide variety of clients.

Annum holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Integrative Biology from the University of Toronto. When she is not having a positive impact on her candidates’ careers, she is focused on spending time watching movies and cooking with her family and young son.
