Sreevatsan Varadhan

Sreevatsan Varadhan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Sreevatsan is currently serving as the Vice President at ClarityTTS since April 2022.

Prior to this, they worked at K7 Computing Pvt. Ltd. where they held the position of Assistant Vice President - Products and Technology from June 2018 to April 2020. In this role, they reported to the CEO and was responsible for formulating product vision, strategy, and roadmap planning. Sreevatsan successfully launched the Mobile Device Management for Android and iOS platforms from scratch.

Before that, Sreevatsan worked at the same company as the Assistant Vice President of Engineering from June 2017 to June 2018. Sreevatsan led a team of 25+ and oversaw all software development processes, staffing, coaching, mentoring, project scheduling, and budget management. Sreevatsan implemented agile methodologies, testing automation, continuous integration, and delivery, resulting in a 25-30% increase in productivity.

Sreevatsan also has experience working at McAfee, where they held the role of Senior Engineering Manager/Architect. During their tenure from January 2005 to September 2013, they received awards for resolving major shipment issues and designed and developed the McAfee Consumer Build and Release Management System. Sreevatsan also customized core applications and provided support for custom solutions for McAfee Partners.

Earlier in their career, Sreevatsan worked at Intel Corporation as a Software Engineer from February 2000 to June 2001. Sreevatsan was responsible for designing and developing the Intel Web Outfitter product to showcase the power of the Pentium chip set.

Sreevatsan'scareer began as a Software Developer at SRA Systems in December 1996. Sreevatsan worked on the porting of POS software from REXX to VC++ and developed a C++ DLL reflecting the functionality. SRA Systems developed POS software for Omron Corporation Japan.

Overall, Sreevatsan Varadhan has held various leadership positions and demonstrated expertise in product management, software development, agile methodologies, and team management throughout their career.

Sreevatsan Varadhan completed their education at three institutions. From 1978 to 1991, they attended Sindhi Model Senior Secondary School, where they did not earn a specific degree or field of study. Afterward, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics at DG Vaishnav College, University of Madras, from 1991 to 1994. Following this, they continued their education at the same institution, earning a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from 1994 to 1997.
