Annie Xie

Annie XIE is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in intellectual property management and technology. Currently serving as the Manager of the IP Services delivery team at Clarivate Analytics since February 2016, Annie has developed strong leadership skills and expertise in service delivery. Prior to this role, Annie spent nearly five years as the Technical Director of the Electrical Department at the Beijing Guozhi Patent Warning Center under the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) from August 2011 to January 2016. Additionally, Annie held the position of Deputy Director of the Computing Engineering Department at CNIPA from August 2005 to July 2011, contributing to significant advancements in computing engineering within the agency.
