Mitch Hayes

Mitch Hayes is an experienced leader in product management and technology, currently serving as SVP of Product Management for Life Sciences and Healthcare at Clarivate since April 2024. Previously, Mitch founded and operated Global Q, Inc. as CEO from December 2017 to April 2024, overseeing the development of the Optiqs360 Digital Platform and its MediGPT components. As CTO at Cognition Corporation from 1998 to December 2017, Mitch led the creation of the COCKPIT electronic Design History File system. Mitch also founded Process Dynamics, Inc., where Mitch designed the KNOWLEDGE CENTER database management system. Mitch's career began in aeronautical engineering at McDonnell Douglas Aircraft, followed by a role at IBM as a Solution Architect, and included a tenure as a Captain in the USAF Reserves. Mitch holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
