Nick Dunn

Nick Dunn, CPA, currently serves as Tax Director at Clarivate since December 2024. Prior to this role, Nick was the International Tax Director at PHINIA from June 2023 to December 2024 and held several positions at Dana Incorporated from July 2015 to June 2023, including Senior Manager International Tax and International Tax Manager. Nick's earlier experience includes the role of Tax In-Charge at Plante Moran from January 2013 to July 2015. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business (2017 - 2021), a Master of Accounting in Taxation from the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2011 - 2012), and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Michigan-Dearborn (2008 - 2011).
