Rachel Feyerabend

Rachel Feyerabend is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in talent strategy and business transformation. Currently serving as Vice President and Executive HR Business Partner at Clarivate since September 2021, Rachel drives workforce talent strategies with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and collaboration with senior business leaders to enhance organizational performance. Prior to Clarivate, Rachel spent over 16 years at Cerner Corporation in various roles, including Director of HR Business Partner, where strategic workforce planning and leadership coaching were key responsibilities. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Psychology from William Jewell College, earned in 2005.
