Scott Breece

Scott Breece serves as the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Clarivate since October 2023. Prior to this role, Breece held key positions at Oracle, including Chief Information Security Officer for Oracle Health and AI and Chief Security Officer of Software Assurance from October 2022 to November 2023. Breece was also the Chief Security Officer at Cerner Corporation from May 2021 to November 2022 and spent over 13 years at Community Health Systems in various roles culminating as Vice President of Security - CISO. Earlier in the career, Breece contributed to HCA as Manager of Threat and Vulnerability Management, among other positions. Breece earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from Middle Tennessee State University in 1999.
