Samuel Scavella

Samuel P. Scavella, Ph.D., currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Equity and Diversity Education for the Clark County School District, a position held since April 2019, where responsibilities include developing strategies for diversity and inclusion, as well as overseeing related initiatives and policies. Prior roles encompass Associate Superintendent at Clark County, where oversight of 107 K-12 principals and engagement with various stakeholders to promote academic growth was emphasized, and Principal and Principal Mentor/Coach in Cleveland Metropolitan School District, focusing on educational improvement and stakeholder engagement.
