Ronald Sickles

Ronald Sickles, Jr., Ed.D., currently serves as the Dean of Students at KIPP Antioch College Prep Elementary and has extensive experience in educational roles, including Operations Coordinator and Founding Family & Community Engagement Specialist at KIPP Nashville Public Schools. Prior to this, Sickles held positions as Impact Manager at City Year and as an Elementary School Teacher at Martin Luther King Jr. FAME Academy through Teach For America, where contributions included leadership roles and fostering inclusive classroom environments. Additional experience includes working as a 2nd Grade Educational Assistant at Milwaukee College Prep School and various positions in program coordination and alumni relations. Sickles holds a Doctorate in Education from Lipscomb University, along with multiple degrees and certificates focused on leadership, education, and diversity.
