Steve Lowe

Steve Lowe is the mechanical engineering department head in their Virginia Beach office and has over 20 years of experience encompassing a variety of facility types in multiple market sectors. He operates fluently across varying project delivery methods from traditional design-bid-build for institutional clients to fast-track design-build for commercial development clients. An expert in the design of mission critical facilities, Steve has extensive and specialized experience designing chilled water systems and high-density cooling systems.

Steve and his team pride themselves on flexibility, engineering quality, and client satisfaction, maintaining a consistent focus on collaboration and achieving mutual goals. A Certified Energy Manager, an ASHRAE Member, and a past president of the Hampton Roads ASHRAE Chapter, he is a regular presenter at local trade conferences and is well known throughout the industry in the Hampton Roads region.

Steve earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
