Rick Paster

Rick Paster currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of M&A Integration at CBRE since January 2024. Concurrently, Rick Paster has been an Editorial Advisory Board Member for Innovation Leader since March 2019, providing editorial guidance to a leading media and events company focused on corporate innovation. Prior to joining CBRE, Rick Paster held various leadership roles, including Vice President of M&A, Sales Operations & Head of PMO at Peloton Interactive, and Senior Director of M&A Integration at Walmart, where responsibilities included integrating acquisition partners into the company. Rick Paster's extensive experience in program management and M&A spans over two decades, including positions at Jet.com, Citigroup, American Express, and Text 100 Public Relations. Rick Paster earned a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communications from Syracuse University.
